01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 666x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of all products, services, features, and content available through the 666x website at https://666x.bio and any associated domains or subdomains operated by 666x.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the 666x platform, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. You also confirm that you have reviewed and accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

If you are accessing 666x on behalf of another individual or any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to this Agreement. 666x does not accept liability for any use of the platform by unauthorised persons acting on your behalf without your knowledge.

Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event that any translation is made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. All formal communications between 666x and its players are conducted in English.

Amendments to These Terms

666x reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice for minor clarifications, and with reasonable notice (via email or in-platform notification) for material changes. Your continued use of the 666x platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when this version came into effect.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 666x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of a 666x employee or partner organisation where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 666x platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You do not have a self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your 666x account.

666x employs automated and manual age-verification checks. During KYC verification (required before processing any withdrawal), players must submit a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued photo identification confirming their date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

If you become aware that a minor is using your account or has gained access to your credentials, you must notify 666x support immediately at [email protected]. 666x will cooperate with parents or guardians in such cases to investigate and close affected accounts.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on 666x — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account per person; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 666x is not responsible for service disruptions caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666x username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 666x will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use arises from your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 666x support immediately. 666x will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

666x operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo ID (Bangladeshi NID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet registered in your name).
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts as determined by 666x's compliance team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 666x aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business hours of receiving all required documents. Delays may occur during high-volume periods. 666x reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending review.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 666x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 666x currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and player tier.
• Deposits are credited to your 666x wallet balance in real time for all supported mobile banking methods. In rare cases, processing delays caused by third-party payment providers may result in a hold of up to 30 minutes. Contact support if your deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes.
• 666x does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside 666x's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to daily and weekly limits as displayed in the Cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been verified and approved by the 666x compliance team.
• 666x targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Complex cases or high-value withdrawals may require additional review and take up to 24 hours.
• A withdrawal request may be reversed by the player before it enters the "Processing" status. Once a withdrawal is in "Processing", it cannot be reversed.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so when submitting a withdrawal request.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

666x is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored by an automated AML system. Transactions that trigger AML alerts will be reviewed by the 666x compliance team, which may contact you for additional documentation. 666x reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Using 666x solely to move funds without genuine gambling activity is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

This section sets out the general rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the 666x platform. Specific rules for individual products (cricket betting, live casino, slots, Tower, Fortune Bingo) are published in the respective game or product sections of the platform and form part of this Agreement.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 666x does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of manifest error as described below.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• Bets can only be placed using funds from your verified 666x wallet balance. Credit-funded betting is not available on the platform.
• 666x reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within a single session as published in the relevant product rules.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Where a network delay causes a bet to be placed at materially different odds from those displayed, 666x reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

Manifest Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game mechanics, payouts, or any other aspect of a bet or game — whether caused by human error, software fault, or data feed failure — 666x reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. 666x will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds where the error should reasonably have been apparent to a player acting in good faith.

Prohibited Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 666x and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent ban:

• Arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of price discrepancies across markets.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tool that interacts with the 666x platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Collusion with other players, partners, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Placing bets on events or markets in which you have insider knowledge or a direct financial interest outside of the 666x platform.

Game Availability

The 666x game library is subject to change. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended at any time due to provider agreements, technical maintenance, or regulatory requirements. 666x will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned game removals where possible but is not obligated to do so.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

666x offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are issued in the form of bonus funds credited to a separate bonus wallet or directly to your main wallet, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as published in the promotion terms. Some games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 666x reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has partially completed wagering requirements, 666x will determine a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Welcome Bonus

New 666x players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Eligibility, bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates for the current welcome bonus offer are published on the 666x promotions page. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only; one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 666x reserves the right to withdraw welcome bonus eligibility from any account suspected of bonus abuse.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

666x regularly publishes seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms. Players are advised to read the applicable promotion terms before opting in, as eligibility criteria and wagering requirements may differ from standard bonus terms.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

666x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorised use of payment methods, identity theft, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by the compliance team.
• Engagement in prohibited betting activity as described in Section 5.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Detection of underage access — any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a 666x deposit.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

Account Closure by Player Request

You may request closure of your 666x account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 666x will process the closure within 2 business days. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and pending KYC completion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Account Closure

Once an account is closed — whether by player request or by 666x action — the player may not re-register using the same personal details, email address, phone number, or payment method unless explicitly invited to do so by 666x's compliance team. Attempting to circumvent a closure by registering a duplicate account will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

08 Responsible Gaming Obligations

666x is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on our platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. Both 666x and its players share responsibility for ensuring that gambling activity remains within safe, healthy limits.

Player Responsibilities

As a 666x player, you agree to the following responsible gaming commitments:

• You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. Never use gambling as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
• You will make use of the account-level responsible gaming tools provided by 666x, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, if you feel your gambling habits require management.
• You will not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion or cooling-off periods by creating duplicate accounts.
• You will seek professional help if gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, mental health, or professional life. 666x can direct you to appropriate support resources upon request.

666x Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all 666x account holders free of charge via the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been actively playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the 666x platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and net win/loss position during your current session.
